Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby).
  • Experience with popular frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Flask, Django).
  • Solid understanding of database design and management (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent are a plus
